have a Rivers Animal Housing Clyde 40 (a purpose-built 40 bird ranging house) for sale which is currently located on one of my sites near Cambridge.
It has four double nestboxes, a large entry door at one end, four ventilation hatches, a small door for brushing out at the other end and is made from treated timber (i.e it'll probably outlive me!).
Only five months old and it cost me �600 new delivered and erected (don't ask - I've changed my poultry management style!!).
Willing to let it go for a sensible offer if anyone is interested, but the buyer must be able to collect and dismantle - with my help of course.
84 inches long (without roof overhang), 48 inches wide (72 inches including nestboxes) and 82 inches from the ground to the roof apex.
