Happy new year firstly.
What a great way to end the year. Fishing off Battery point (portishead) i was the only one from over twenty rods to bank a 4lb codling.
What a great way to start the year.
We shall be having cod for our new years day dinner. Once i have run my first foray of the year.

I haven't caught a cod from the beach ( dungeness ) for over 3 years,
