I ate it at River Cottage HQ; it was OK, but just a meaty sort of taste - wouldn't have it again, I don't think.

I've wanted to eat squirrel for years, but it's all reds round here (hooray), so no chance.

Not yet but would love to try them. The ones local to me spend too much time eating scraps, fat balls etc for me to want to eat them.

i have a few friends who eat a raw vegan diet, plus cooked roadkill. They're very useful guys.
