Ingredients
2 Ripe figs per person as a starter.
1 slice of Parma ham/fig
Mascarpone
Recipe
Wrap each fig in parma ham.
Stand them on a baking tray.
Cook in a medium to hot oven (about 175-190C) for 15-20 minutes.
You want the figs to be hot, and the ham to be crisping up.
Comments
Serve with a dollop of mascarpone. And perhaps a rocket salad.
