If I needed to put a couple of acres of grass seed down, for grazing/hay, is there an idiots guide to what to do, and where to buy it from?

There are certainly a few idiots out there who will guide you, have you tried e-mailing Monbiot? With regards to seed mixtures www.cotswoldseeds.com are user friendly.
