Picked up The Collins Complete British wildlife Photoguide from the book club that comes to work today for 5 instead of 14.99.
Has Sections on everything and pictures and a little discription so now i know what a blewit, fat hen, ground elder, bladderwrack and sea lettuce look like. Not sure how many pictures but they average about 10 per page for over 300 pages. and its small enough to fit in my coat pocket when im out walking.

Bargain indeed!
But PLEASE don't try and recognise mushrooms from a single photo... well, I suppose it only really matters if you're thinking of eating them!

Thanks, Pilsbury.

Sounds a really useful book. I need something like that, my dad used to take me for weekly walks as a kid and point out all sorts of things, a lot of which I've forgotten, so that sounds the ticket.
