Ingredients
1tbs fresh white breadcrumbs
150g shelled hazelnuts
1 clove garlic
50g grated pecorino
salt
1 tbs chopped marjoram
6 tbs virgin olive oil
4 tbs strained Greek yoghurt
Recipe
Soak the breadcrumbs in water for 10 mins then squeeze them out.
Grind everything except the oil and yoghurt to a fine texture.
Add the oil slowly, while stirring.
Finally stir in the yoghurt.
