Had a nice day today and have even made some progress re the bottom of the paddock.
Some chaps came round to collect some raffle prizes from the Bike Night we had on the 22nd. They work for a major Civil Engineering/haulage group. When they pulled up There was a digger on the wagon..........well to cut a long story short they will come round one Saturday and dig out the end of our paddock and level it, ie like a terrace in-line with the main back garden. It has a gentle slope to the stone wall.
Now the problem I have to solve is what to do with the earth/weeds they dig out......
Any suggestions?
Our village is a farming village so we do have quite a few neighbours who are farmers..........pig, arable, dairy, beef...........again, any ideas???
