Looks cherry like but the sprays of flowers don't...

If the flower spikes droop as they get older it could be Bird Cherry (Prunus padus). I guess it must be related, at least.

iNaturalists suggests bird cherry or black cherry - flowers look more like black cherry from the pictures on the app.

I would say bird cherry. Not come across black cherry.

The bird cherries on Hannahston reserve here have the same infestation as previous years

That'll be the Bird Cherry Ermine Moth, I expect.

moth of some sort, buzzy is probably correct

the plant looks like an orchid but i am not expert on them.

For the orchids, the top one could be greater butterfly orchid and the lower one pyramid orchid. Not absolutely positive, but worth consulting plant ID on line or in a book and see if they fit.

I agree with MR for Greater Butterfly Orchid for the top pictures - a brilliant thing to have on your lawn.

Not ready to name the lower orchid!.

That is thoughtful of them. Usually they come up in the bit you want as something else.
