Does anyone fancy taking some poultry in return for some small bale hay or barley straw at all?

I can offer.......

- a selection of Ixworth cockerel birds for the table (originally bred in 1932 as the best table bird!)....just about ready to eat

- or if you fancy a hen or two I have Welsummers, a Silver-Laced Wyandotte pullet, a Silver-Pencilled Wyandotte pullet and a number of Buff or Gold-Laced Wyandotte growers around 10 weeks

- or maybe a couple of Poulet de Bresse pullets might take your fancy (do a Google for these!)

- or even perhaps a trio of Dark Indian Game

- or a pair of Muskovy ducks

I'm based in East Anglia but can travel a reasonable distance. Feel free to get in touch if interested!

We're down in East Anglia, so a little far to travel I'm afraid!

Cris where are you? I'm in Essex and have nine bales of hay you can have for nothing. It's left over from when my poor neddy died earlier on this year. Last year's hay, but good stuff, and kept in dry conditions (my garage!!) You'd need to collect it though.
