As the title suggests Rice 1oz cheese (cheddar or other hard cheese) 1/2 oz walnuts olive oil salt and pepper Cook rice appropriate quantity for number of people mix in grated cheese, chopped walnuts and a glug of olive oil. Add seasoning to taste.

Mmm, that sounds good. I've got all of those things, so that's tomorrow sorted. I was trying to think of something different to go with the PSB.
