approximately:
2 eggs (duck eggs this time cause that's what Alison had when I went to get eggs)
half a bag of self raising flour
a heaped tablespoon of icing sugar
enough milk to make it the consistency of thick double cream.
wipe oil onto griddle with kitchen paper
cook until bubbling on the top.
turn for about 15 seconds.
takes about 40 seconds per batch
I don't ever weigh anything if I can get away with it
