I've never watched this, is it any good? Or is suggesting otherwise some kind of heresy?

It's odd - a bit like marmite, people seem to love it or hate it. It is hilariously funny, but doesn't appear so on the surface, so if its not your type of humour, you probabaly won't like it.

Questioning this fact will get you sent to the Fire Swamp where, if the lightening sand doesn't get you, then the ROUSs will!
I suggest you plan tea for 6pm on Sunday and have in front of the telly like all good families do.

Ohhhh. I see. One of those. Well, I'll try to give it a whirl, although I might be stuck on the M1 when it's on

It's a bit like Shrek, where you think its for kids and dismiss it but end up laughing your pants off at it.

Ah. Didn't really like Shrek a lot. Some of it was OK. But I'm very straitlaced about my humour at times

'tis a very traditional tale about good verses evil and True Love.

No, no, no, young lady; The Princess Bride is a story of True Love.

Plus, Lethal Weapon and Porkies are on after it. Trash, trash, trash.

But, sometimes, isn't trash wonderful?

Talking animals (or better still, singing animals) would be the cherry on the cake, but you're selling it to me. Does Good triumph over Evil? I like a bit of Triumphant Good.
