He's right you know.

I think it's probably better to redo it with websafe colours, which might help the dithering problem anyway.

That would help, though there is also a horizontal line under the logo in the forums in ie. Which comes from the html and defies obvious explanation

The logo looks really good guys! ( now the tricky bit is doing an mini version so we can all put a swanky logo on our websites to link to here!)

I think the logo's looking good now. But I've got loads of interest in designing a logo for us now

Whoops Well anyone who makes an effort is welcome to some free shareware licences, and whilst we do not want loads of different logos, we do need some advertising images as the fiddlestick crew says.

For example a 120x120 logo is needed and Neils is totally wrong for that.

That can go ahead though, I won't be offended if you find a better one - it's better than what was there though (I'm sure jema won't be offended by that).

Alright we'll see what anyone comes up with. So if someone's doing the logo what do we need (sizewise) for the three different logos?

468x60

120x120

are a couple of useful sizes, one is a standard banner size, used in banner exchange programmes etc, the other is one that will generally fit into columns.

We do not in one sense need three different logos, that is simply fitting in with the existing templates we are using. Probably for better integration site and forum logos should be the same.

are you thinking of having a small logo we could down-load and add to our own sites - it looks better than just an address! ( I guess that's probably what you mean with the different sizes above, just asking a dumb question, probably! )

120x120 would probably work for that

Just to throw something else in:
Has anyone any thoughts on colours, ie things to use with the greens?
