Portioned nicely in the front placcy bowl. Look a bit bloody and gibbly, largely 'cos I'd just put them there with bloody, gibbly hands having just squeezed all the blood I could out of the heart and lungs. Oh, and the clotted bloody bits. But underneath the bloody handprints its good and meaty

IMO,you can`t have too much butter thyme garlic and lemon peel when cooking hare
