Forgot to mention the shed is 7.5mtrs x 4.3mtrs, well I have to have somewhere to play

Madmonk, One thing I noticed in your posting before the one above, is that you said the Maire's Secretary. People have forgotten this in France, but legally he or she is SECRETARY of the MAIRIE, paid by the commune to take care of the paperwork of the people in the commune. Spread the word.
