How do you paunch and skin a rabbit. How do you bleed, gralloch and skin deer, how do you prepare wildfowl, game and vermin for the pot?
How do you catch seatrout at night and bass and mackerel off the rocks - we would all love to know.
Hope you can help. |
The rabbit, wildfowl, game and vermin are all pretty easy. Mackerel are also not a challenge, at the righ ttime of year they seem to want to jump out of the water at you.
Never gone looking for seatrout and I've never had to deal with a deer. If I had to do either, I'd ask for the help of a mate of mine who knows how to do a thing.
I must say, though, I'm surprised that you of all people would feel the need to ask. |
