Some of the organisations in the links sticky in this forum should be able to help. BASC for example claim to be able to help people encourage wildlife (the conservation bit of their name). You can email them and see what they say.
The other thing to do is plant a few hundred pounds worth of small saplings and watch all the deer and rabbits turn up.
