Requiring a license does not make a thing illegal. Thanks for the link though.
Coming back a point or few, I think the waterways of Britain are a massively underutilised resource, particularly in terms of food production. It would not take a lot to massively increase yield.
Presumably the anglers would be against this idea though: if the rivers were full of fish, then it would take away the challenge. |
