Good luck. It all sounds far too stressful for me, but I hope you do even better than you expect.

sorry I'm not good at keeping up these days - are you selling or buying a place you are renting?!

Either way you must be really nervous, good luck x

Good luck Caroline - I hope it goes really well and when it does I think you are going to start a major trend in the housing market.

How do we run the bids up for you?

I expect your stress levels are peaking around now, I'm sure it will go well.

Well its over.

Stress levels returning to normal, but it still feels sureal - very salvador dali

We done really well. Considoring the property is grade II listed with a listed barn and on designated open space that cannot be built on, and its on a wildlife corridor it made 365,000 and for the Black Country that is a lot of money.

So where does that leave us ... Debt free , and on top of that just under 100,000 cash in the bank now. Wow at 29 years of age how many people can say that.

We are so over the moon as Steven earns 5,500 a month after tax so what we can do now is cash accumulate. We are staying rent free at my mums until we either buy a place in Canada or find a place in the uk we like - we reckon about 6 months after that we will kill each other!!

So all that time Steven is going to do as much overtime as poss to build up cash reserves and so whatever we then do we can do in the knowledge that we can afford to do it.

Would we do it again most def yes. I think everyone should sell at auction at least once cos one thing I do know is that it sure makes you feel alive

Thank you for all your support.
