Hey guys.

I am really interested in making my own sausages, Just wondering if you can recommend a decent low price sausage stuffer (30 and under). I dont want to be making hundreds, im just looking at making the odd batch and my own flavour combos. i have been looking at ones like these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Kitchen-Craft-Mincer-Sausage-Attachment/dp/B001HZMNXO/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1344445839&sr=8-3 has anyone had any experience with these at all?

Cheers Phil,

I've got one of those red and white plastic trigger ones that can frequently be spotted at car boot sales for under a fiver. Its certainly no use if you want to do loads, but for the odd batch it does the trick just fine

I've got what Sally is describing, originally from Lakeland I think ( got mine from LETS, years ago now) - it's a bit like a mastic gun Works very well, I do several pounds at a time with it without much effort, it's good fun and a bit saucy to use if your mind works like mine.

Do you just mean a stuffer or a mincer & stuffer?

I would like to track down a good quality hand mincer, similar to the one yo linked to. The reviews that one don't seem that great.
