Hi ARVO, well I've been brewing my own beers and wine for over 25 years now so I think it's above amateur now lol I have brewed at a few breweries as well so I'm not short of expertise, prefer to brew from ingredients rather than kits but then saying that my local brew shop Pops Homebrew doe's some rather good wet kits under they're own brand. Got the Golden citrus blast ready to barrel tomorrow.
