How large a lump and what meat?

I have a few 2 to 3kg joints of Rib and Flank,Beef,suitable for slow roasting, if that is any help.

It must be said, the boar Ty Gwyn sent for Sally & Gareth's wedding was delicious! Sloooooow roasted in the big outdoor oven. Mmmm.

Can't fault Ty Gwyn's Beef and Wild Boar, the meat is so lean and tender.....he's supplying meat to me and most of my workmates here in the valleys as well....go for it
