From the FAQ's page;

5. When can I submit my entry?
Entries will be accepted between February 24th, 2014 and March 31st, 2014.

6. When will winners be announced?
We�ll announce winners on our Facebook page and Twitter, beginning March 04th, 2014. Potential winners will be notified by phone and email after they�ve been selected � so stay tuned!

7. Can I submit my entry after March 4th?
Yes! You can submit your entry even after we begin announcing winners. Of course, the sooner you submit your entry, the more time you have to get everyone to vote for it (votes make a difference!). The last day for submitting an entry is March 31st, 2014. Even if you join later your chances still stay the same for the weekly prizes since we announce new winners every week.

8. How are winners selected?
Our panel of judges selects winners based your description of how the extra cash would impact your business, how compelling and specific your entry is, and how many votes your entry receives. Votes alone don�t determine the winner, but they make a difference.
