norway is getting close to all EV for new vehicles and has a high ev on the road share already

rational planning is usually a good idea

removing applications that have no progression towards a harvest that needs grid distribution might get some of the nearly ready stuff connected

the grid scale harvests, the battery banks to buffer excess wind/solar/the bigger versions of the shetland array etc have a better claimto early connection to the upgraded grid than unfinished nukes or assorted zombie plans that are as yet unfunded etc

ps ev needs user end grid scale distribution sorting as well pps the "production" price of harvested is less and with wind 60% less than from fossil or nukes
