guests viewing private messages?

Is the "who's online" accurate in what people are doing? How can a guest be "Viewing Private Messages" (nothing personal, guests, you are most welcome guests , I'm just a confused little Bugs!)

Does sound odd, but phpbb is a pretty secure board, and none of the mods I have made should have had an effect here, jema
