We just picked a bit more than a quart of wild blueberries that grow along our driveway.
I'm watching melons with curiosity. Getting a bit swamped by cucumbers and summer squash

I think I have one or two mange tout peas and possibly a runner bean or two. Have already had a few raspberries from the woods, and the blackberries are starting.

Our blackberries are starting to ripen as well as the blueberries. Had a couple of gooseberries and I've got garlic and onions in their net bags.

Looks like it might be a bumper year on the blackberries though.

One tomato picked and a few small cucumbers and zucchini
Lifted the shallots, now finishing drying in the polytunnel

Oh yes, have been well into the shelling and snap peas for a bit. Pulled garlic a week or two ago. My storage onions are just starting to bulb up now, however. They're still standing strong so I'm hopeful they'll put on a lot more size the next couple weeks.
Winter squash fruits are showing up, but still needing to get up to size.
I planted a lot of sweet peppers this year, and all 48 plants look good with green fruit chugging along.
Peeked in at the potatoes the other morning and pulled out a russet almost as big as my hand, which was very exciting. Seems early to be that large, but maybe I just found the one big one at my first look, just by accident?

I have been harvesting a few of the autumn onion sets over the last week or two, and will be starting on the blackberries. I have a few garlic corms that I put in a couple of years ago, and they finally did something earlier in the year. Used a couple this week and they are good and strong, if somewhat small.

being overwhelmed with courgettes atm, picking 6-8 a day, the tromboncino are also cropping. lots of basil, first tomato - bit later after dodgy start with frosts, early heat, frost and something eating plants in gh. blackcurrants are all done, blackberries starting.

I need to check the orchard for plums and an early eating apple.

Not getting any blueberries as the sparrows are beating me to it every time..

picked the first apples - Devonshire Quarrenden - early variety, but still the earliest I have picked it. Doesn't keep well, I ate four standing under the tree - doing my bit to make most of the harvest

First peapod today!!
Alderman..a six foot variety, 10-12 peas in the pods, and it looks like the leaf cutter bees are helping the pollenation

The loganberry has swamped everything, but I've spotted my first tomato starting, and the squash plant is now going for full takeover. Leaves a good 14 inches across. No idea what variety - I saved seeds from a couple of nice heirloom vegbox squashes but the slugs got all the others.
Nibbling the loganberries that are within reach, the mange tout are mediocre as normal.

Yesterday's harvest I got, 3 cucumbers, 1 tomato and about 1/2lb blackberries. I was very pleased with that little haul.

i was eyeballing a selection of blackberries, one more sunny day would be nice
they will be picked, but one at a time is not as much fun as most of lots are ready
