just thought her chums might like to know.

if you get a saluki for a servant you will soon have a new master and it will be wearing your best cloak. (rough translation from 10thc arabic)

very true but they do have charm.

she had a dark sense of humour to the last, we ambled to the vets for her ECG to see if they could get any useful data, they wired her up, she crashed and died.
they were a bit shaken as was i

Condolences from us all here , we lost our lab/collie cross Mindy 6 weeks ago and we have a very large hole in our house , our other dog Alfie is lost. You did give her an amazing life but such a shock for you.
