spotted a mink hole on the other side of the river ,the hole is on a site which was a factory and will soon be developed as housing ,do the site owners have a legal duty not to give a home to illegal aliens ?could i ask them to do so to save the ducks etc ?

i could dispatch the beast but illegal in the greater good is a defense i save for special times

It's releasing it that would be illegal, not killing it.

,common land my side with the public and it's dog pottering about and a developement site mink side

placing a trap needs thought , an illegal snipe would do the job very safely and simply .maybe i will enquire of the landowners and see if it can be done legal and tidy

i like all critters but mink on the riverbank are bad for diversity
