I have done a couple. Not really worth the faff.

Lets think... I've done the KOH one occasionally, you can get that from soap making suppliers believe it or not. I don't know whether NaOH (you can get that in the big boots shop in town, in the household cleaners section, or in Homebase) works. I would think that would work, but I can't say for sure because I don't immediately know what the chemistry of that is (probably just a strong base changing the colour).

Iodine is usually used when you're doing microscopy. You can use the medicinal iodine solutions for that. I can't immediately think of any shroom you test with it unless you're staining a slide for microscopy.

Iron salts solutions or powders aren't so very easily available. You'd have to look online for a chemical supplier (or ask a local lab monkey, can you think of one;) ) to seee what he's got in the cupboard. I've never done this test with mushrooms. I should think FeSO4 would be the best.

Ammonia tests... No haven't done those, but can you still get ammonia as a cleaning thingy? Pobably, and that would do it.
