I'd salt them to make preserved lemons - they're lovely in North African recipes .

I reckon with 12 lemons you should be able to manage limoncello and say lemon curd or lemon cake and preserved lemons

I must make some/go the the indian supermarket and buy some of those

The Lemon and mustard seed chutney is gorgeous - I've just found about 4 jars that I made at Yule and they have matured beautifully but it can be made at any time of the year - atm it just has to be Elderflower Champagne or Cordial - I've got some of Minamoo's Elderflower and Ginger on the go at the moment - going out to get some more elderflowers this weekend

Gil's lemon curd recipe is divine. It has won me prizes and, I'll have you know, is now eaten in Parliament (apparently not on expenses though).

Elderflower champagne is started and a cake is planned as I need one to take to school. I may make lemon curd but the girls are off lay at the moment (or hiding them) so I do not have such a huge egg mountain to get through. (I also have some of Minamoo's elderflower and ginger cordial plus an EF and orange one on the go).

I will - Off the top of my head - I think its basically a normal apple jelly but you put elderflowers in it when cooking the apples down before you put it through the jelly bag - Then you add sugar - I'll post the exact quantities tomorrow - kick me if I forget
