It doesn't look like it's going to change your life but then, it doesn't look like too much of a scam, either. ButteryHOLsomeness sprang to mind but I thought others here might wish to investigate - I don't know anything more about it than what I've seen on these two pages so please *do* investigate if you're interested.

Looks genuine, and a way to earn a few quid. However, make sure if you do send it in that you state you are retaining the copyright, and that you are allowing them to use it as stated in the copyright bit they give you (i.e. on the websites mentioned, but not as part of a book, for instance).

I submitted the photo and text for Southwold Pier last year, and also put some effort into other attractions. However, after realising that the site owners want complete ownership I decided not to continue.
