iv tryed 5 times to uplad a pic but nothing why please help?

How big is it? Is it less than 170x170 pixels wide and less than 21k? If you want to attach it to this thread I'll take a look.

I just find the picture and then right click on it and select properties. If you just want to post it up I can resize it for you. Just click the "Attach File" text at the bottom of the text box where you type your message in.

Where are you trying to get the picture from? Is it on your computer?

You might have to stretch the pop-up box which appears when you click "attach file", so you can see and click on the "upload file" button at the bottom... select your image file using the "browse" button, then click "upload file" at the bottom of the pop-up window. It can take a few moments, so be patient...
