I've just been looking up some details on a condensing-combi boiler for a member of the family and I note that many of the boilers have the following in the small print "Condensing In DHW Mode = No". I read this means they do not condense when heating hot water but only when running central heating. Any idea why this would be as all the flue gases would be going through the condenser. Is it only the central heating pipes that go through the flue heat exchanger?

The boiler being looked at is a Worcester Bosch 28i junior so if anyone has had a problem with theirs I'd like to know.
