I have: 1 gallon coffee wine, 1 gallon grape wine, 1 gallon ribena wine, 1 gallon plum jam wine and 5 and a half gallons of bitter.

Got some demijohns left so might put some more on in a couple of weeks - thinking rice and raisin, tinned fruit, and tea.

What's everyone else got on?

I've got 1 gallon rosehip
1 gallon plum
1 gallon apple
1 gallon 'easy' apple.

Thinking of making some ginger next and I might get a kit to get something ready for Christmas. we've just drunk the rhubarb and it was very good. I'll definitely make more than one gallon next year!

Just bottled two gallons of this years Rhubarb and a gallon of this years Dandelion.

Waiting to be bottled:

1 gallon Rose petal
1 gallon Sage flower
1 gallon Mixed Mint (mainly water mint with some other garden mints)

Almost waiting to be bottled:

1 gallon wild Raspberry

Fermenting:

1 gallon Blackberry.
1 gallon Damson
1 gallon Summer Berry

All but the Damson and Summer Berry are made from ingredients from our back garden.

To go on a gallon of slightly less easy easy cider, I'll add some extra apples to the fruit juice. Possibly a gallon of wheat wine and a gallon of bitter when I get time.

5 gallons of apple, which usually turns into pommery (is that how it is spelt?) at about 17 % alcohol. Best drunk young and absolutely lethal!!!

Not enough is my honest answer to the question!

About 15 Gallons of various bits at the moment.

Although i do have various frozen berries in the freezer waiting for me to start. I just need to bottle a couple of gallons to free up a demijohn or two.

I'm looking forward to the long christmas break to enjoy a few glasses of my own efforts and plan the next few brews!

5 gallons elderberry, few gal elderflower (some with, some without rasins, different recipes), one gal cherry. About half of them seem to be stuck ferments at any one time - also considering an pH testing kit.

Might get a ginger wine on when I've freed up a demijohn or two.

I thought we were talking about making wine, not drinking it

My excuse is I'm laying down a cellar, and have lots to give other folk. Haven't bought supermarket wine for months. It just doesn't taste right any more.
