Thanks for all your welcomes Wentworth- I got a builder to do the blockwork 'n roof. I did most of the internals..stud walls, ceilings, floors, carpentry, electrics & plumbing, heating ctls, roof trim, drainage etc.etc.etc The reason it took so long is that I was screwed over by the planning dept for about 4 yrs before I was allowed to build
