Here they are, the lambs and piglets that caused me sleepless nights over christmas. They were really hard to get pics of and I only managed to snap 2 of the piglets- I must get a faster camera






The lambs are total thugs - they'd sell their granny for half a bottle of lamlac

Well-done Stacey!!! They look splendid, I love lambs. (oh and piglets, in case they feel left out )

What did you cross your Tammies with to get that ginger/pink combo?

We AI'd her with some Landrace semen. Two of them are spotty, one of them is white and one looks like a ginger and white saddlback. We didn't know what to expect We put her to landrace to see if it would make the meat a bit more lean but still keep the tammie taste we covet.

Glad you said that mochyn - I've been holding back for fear of offending. I'm amazed at how I can now look at an animal and think it's beautiful and cute but at the same time am mentally sizing it up as cuts of meat
