One hive of bees has grown from six nuc to almost a full brood box and they are looking like they might get slightly cramped if the summer continues to be mostly warm and sunny. There is only one frame left to move onto. I did not expect to reach this point this year, I keep running out of kit!

What would you all do?

I'd put a second brood box on for the time being, moving the brood frames down into the lower box and lifting the empty ones into the top box as they hatch out. That way you keep all the brood in one place and the amount of brood should start to drop off towards the end of August so by the end of September you may be able to take it off again, although tbh I usually run on double brood
