We've got a bit of a backlog with the slow cook joints so I'm offering an extra 10% in all boxes ordered, while stocks last, plus the 10% #FreeMeatMonday offer if ordered today, so 20% extra in total

ETA - I should also have mentioned, we have some mutton joints & mince & dice mutton on the same deal, too.

Anything you have suitable for jerky woild be great off our account, we are looking to make up a new load in the next month for our next show so up to about 15 kg would be good.

I take it that rolled brisket & flank wouldn't be any good, but perhaps chuck & short rib joints? Got about 12.6kg of those. Could make it up to 15kg with some hind joints.

I have plenty of those (hind joints) too, so that won't be a problem.

Im keen to try your grass fed beef compared to my usual shop bought stuff.
I may even splash the cash and get the nutritional analysis done on yours and shop bought. I have been wanting to get one done for a while andcthis could be the perfect excuse.
Anyone want to suggest a lab for doing the analysis? A few people might have a favourite

No problem, my plan is to make up a single batch of marinade, probably original, and marinate both meats and dry then send both off for analysis.
I need to get one done because im asked a lot about it and im just curious how much your quality beef will differ.

grass and meadow isnt quite the same ,the latter is a mixed salad and is what the moos eat fresh or dried .

grass makes me think of a lawn but the reality is salad
