Well impressed with their achievements so far.
To fly across the Pacific unsupported in a solar powered plane was the stuff of science fiction a few years ago.
I cant help but think if they where British this would be plastered all over the media, but because it's a French/ Swiss colaboration hardly a mention.
I'll raise a glass to them regardless.
I'd quite like to see an exploded diagram of the collection system. There might be something in there for a lot of us "bodgers" to learn something from.
A great achievement, but solar collectors have been used on space craft for a long time. One of the many spin offs from the space programme that doesn't get noticed.
