I'm having a cupboard sort out and have found ten jars of alcoholic mincemeat.....

Any suggestions?

Do I just put it all in a maslin pan, heat to bubble off the alcohol and re-pot?

It was made with a modicum of fruit vodka I had to hand last year....

Dump it. You can't be sure what the fermenting agent is, and it might be something unpleasant.
