grapefruit , juiced
lime, ditto
4 "measures" of rhubarb and ginger gin
pint best cold, still,water
2 slices of lemon from a lemo/limochello jar

makes 2 decent size drinks

you could add fancy bits for garnish or even double the water for a warm day but that mix is pretty good

fizzy is overrated

part two,

i am working on a strawberry and mint version, but have not got it yet

my short time as a cocktail barman was not in vain
