either work well with appropriate savouries
1
half coconut yogurt
half hellmanns
enough blackthorn dried sea salt (improvise)
some garlic granules
some saffron
some lemon juice
put the saffron in the yogurt leave it for a couple of hours, stir and add the hellmann's, salt, lemon and garlic, stir, leave it for a couple of hours stir and enjoy

good with chips and other fried foods, falafel, onion bargy etc

some saffron
some sal de guerande
some good mixed peppercorns and pimento seeds
a trace of good smoked paprika
some dried dill
some garlic granules
work them together, rest a few hours , work them again, rest a few hours
serve on toast

no amounts, you need to work out how you like them
the different salt thing matters, the time thing matters, both are splendid |
