Made whitecurrant jely last night.

It's great stuff! I made it as a sweet jelly rather than a tart one, and I'm flabberghastged by how nice it is! It's right up there with the quince jelly.

How come no one told me how good white currant jelly is? Here I am, thirty years old, and no one has ever told me that.

I hold you all personally responsible.

You seem to be getting younger by the day.

Tahir, one day I'll invest in a digital camera and I'll be way better at getting piccies online. But I will take a picture and scan it eventually...

Did it stay white, or go a pinky colour.

I was very surprised about the quince jelly colour, as I don't remember being so pinky.

Ever so slightly pinky. Not as deep a pink as quince jelly goes, though.
