A saddle and bridle just like the ones I am buying for my daughter tomorrow I have coveted them for several years now ... I have gone seriously wrong somewhere

A pair of work/walking boots; a pair of moleskin breeches. To replace the ones that are clapped out in unrepairable ways. A more enjoyable festive season than last year

Maybe a new ( well new to me ) food precessor - one that can do a bit more than my poor old thingy. Perhaps a Kenwood that I can gather attachments for? What would be the best old model to go for?

Anyone seen the new Jamie book yet, heard a bit on the radio yesterday, and wondered if my eldest would like it. He's 17, and just starting to show an interest in cooking.

Too old to be flashing my legs around nowadays

Just seems a bit well... frivalous really, when we have so little at the moment, and there are so many more useful things I should have.

Gettings something frivolous even if its just something little can do us all some good sometimes

I would recommend to look ar stay away depending on your predeliction to ebay I have found some wonderful and cheap jewellery on there and even if you can't manage a new dress some nice jewellry to brigthen up an existing outfit can sometime be as good

Rich the tractor says I need a crew of agricultural workers from Latvia to do my tree weeding and planting. But I don't believe in Santa.

Not yet, dear, surely? I want an alpaca or two (and a paddock to keep them in!) and if that's too frivilous, a new pair of boots (nice ones, not walking ones!) On a practical note (and what I shal probably be having) is a greenhouse and a pair of gaiters. And some fruit bushes.
