Just updating the site and I need to specify a returns policy. I don't know what's reasonable. Anyone have a basic template idea of what a reasonable returns policy should be?

I try to go with something along the lines of 'I want you to be happy with your purchase and take great care with my work, but if you should discover a problem, please get in touch and I will do everything I can to put it right'. I generally think that I'd rather take something back if someone wasnt happy then have a dissatisfied customer, but that I want leeway to work out if they are taking the p rather than offer an allout 'buy then decide if you like it' clause. It is always a bit tricky when people are choosing based purely on our photos and descriptions.

Thanks sally

I have somehting very similar to that now but I registered with Nochex a while back (NOT recommended btw) and they said I needed a solid returns policy or they wouldn't consider my site. I think what I've got sounds ok really - think I'll leave it as it is.
