I can only imagine the site stats available tomorrow will be quite interesting!

This has been quite a slow day in terms of posts, but we have beaten the previous record for numbers online at the same time

As more articles come on tap, I can only think that this process will speed up and translate into more active forum members.

I put up posts about the site on Billy Bragg's forum and another that I use this morning, that may be part of it. Asked permission from admin on both sites first.

Pah, these figures will be dwarfed by people googling woodburning stoves. (When I get it written)

Just looked there and I think you might win this little competition

We seem to be going down well, though I understand the "too busy" comment.

I have been going through piddling around a bit with the pictures and layout today to try and help a bit here. Though my efforts are probably being made after those comments were made.

I was so impressed with Sean's article I'm tempted to google it myself

Seriously, I enjoyed it. I used to have one in my old house, and I'm missing it again this winter.

well the google results are creeping slowly upwards, and that will be the telling factor.

Rabbit jointing is still the out and out winner with google!

Caveat: I don't in any way want to detract from Sean's article, which is great...

but it seems odd that rabbit jointing of all things should be most popular. Lots of people wouldn't even begin to consider eating bunny and not all of those who would are up for taking a hatchet to it.

I can't help wondering if it isn't a euphemism of some kind...something footballers get up to in hotel rooms (which is a fairly wide range of things) or something else you wouldn't want to explain to your granny

Being at work, I'd better not try to find out.

I think it is simply that it is an unusual subject, and hence we get a look in because we cover it On more popular subjects we are still waiting in line for the time when we get an overall thumbs up from the seatch engines.

I think it may also be a wood-working technique.
