jema, I made an attempt to start up a free forum with you last year. It didn't take off but that was entirely due to problems my end. You were brilliant with your support in the beginning. And I have come across a number of 'myfreeforum' members since. Sometimes I smile, "I was there first!"

It is not easy to create a successful forum, 95% at least that are set up fail. So we keep having to clean the decks, I think about 100,000 have tried so far! Trouble is that some of the people trying and failing think that the reason is that a forum does not have this or that feature, and so spend endless time not actually doing what they should be doing, but on the support forum

and of course for every customer who gets it together to write to say thank you, there are at least half a dozen others who are equally happy if a little less motivated

and I will get round to your site cosmetics soon, one of the penalties of things taking off is pressure on time, and cosmetics makeovers can need a lot of that, and so really need a bit of a clear day or two where that can be the only core work.
