Today I got my goldfish credit card statement, along with a lot of junk which probably somewhere along the line told me the new statement was "greener" as uses less paper.

New statement is an A3 folded affair with no space to annotate and if you punch holes to put it in a folder the holes will go straight through the numbers.
I ended up having to make a couple of photcopies for my records
Only a marketing department could have come up with a way to break a financial statement format that has been around just about as long as banks have, as it is simple and works.
I have emailed the idiots to rant about it.

He must spend a lot...

Despite more than one request not to do so, Capital One continue to send me mailshots about loans. There comes a point when it's just easier to add them to the outgoing recycling rather than spend time and effort making a fuss.

Sellotape a house brick to it, and mark it unwanted junk. Pop it back in the post. THEY then have to pay the return postage. They get the message.
