Back on topic (sorry folks), I've come to the conclusion that I don't do sales patter. I do however get a bit manically enthusiastic about what I make and sell, and that seems to be sufficient at the moment. Also working out whatr the customer wants and whether that's what I'm offering (or not). A 'thought shower' ? Behemoth, you're taking the p***
